Planning and Zoning Commission has parroted a plat that will host around 165 new homes. The subdivision will be called Daybreak Estates off of Big Spring and Mockingbird in the 54.5 acre plat. The homes will range anywhere between 200,000 and 300,000 and around 2500 square feet give or take.
