Thursday’s newspaper, Mella McEwen an oil editor, states, “The Fasken’s construction is beginning a 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters to be built on the C Ranch at Holiday Hill Road and Sherwood Drive.
Fasken Oil and Ranch in Midland is really growing fast, so fast that they are running out of room where they are currently located. Norbert Dickman is very excited to see what the future holds. He states, “We think building here is in the best interest of Fasken and of Midland.” Not only is Dickman excited, but this is a major office project for Midland since the 1980’s. Now isn’t this great?
This upcoming office building is designed to merge oil and gas real estate. It will be built around Phase I of The Vinyard. The Vinyard will include: residential and multi-family development, office space, retail space, parks for everyone to enjoy, and even an elementary school. This new plan in Midland, TX is definitely going to be something to see.
