Emergencies happen every day -- often when you least expect it. The Ready Campaign encourages all Americans to have an emergency supply kit, an emergency plan, and to be informed about the different emergencies that can happen in their area and the appropriate responses. Below are some tools to help you be more prepared in case of an emergency.

My Family Emergency Plan
This application allows you to create a comprehensive family communications plan for any emergency situation. You can save your plan as a PDF as well as print and share your plan with the members of your family and other emergency contacts. Go >

This application allows you to create an e-mail with basic emergency information. This interactive tool allows you to click on each state and get contact information for state and local government agencies where you can learn more about specific emergency information in your community.
